Kirsten brings 20 years experience to the team as a creative and strategic professional. 


She started her career on the creative side of advertising as a writer for a boutique agency in the UK and went on to become a producer and a strategist.


She was VP, Director of Client Services for MacLaren McCann Vancouver and, as VP, Director of Strategic Planning for Cossette, created a new strategic planning & research division in Halifax. She established her first research partnership in 2006 and a digital intelligence agency, QuietEye in 2014. 



Gayle Lunn


Gayle’s career has spanned 20 years and both coasts of Canada, as both a client and agency practitioner in consumer research, communications and marketing.

Gayle has provided strategic guidance and direction to senior stakeholders on a host of B2B and B2C initiatives including corporate strategy and communications, consumer path-to-purchase models and product innovations. Her roster of clients includes Bell, Molson, Google, Sobeys, Unilever and Tangerine.



Anne Jacox


Anne is a skilled moderator and qualitative researcher, bringing more than 25 year’s experience as a consultant to the QuietEye team.


To date she has conducted more than 3,000 focus group discussions, coaxing participants to reveal unexpected thoughts, beliefs and feelings on innumerable subjects. The insights she has uncovered have contributed to the growth and direction of brands and organizations across North America, in sectors like health, energy, entertainment, education and tourism.

Steve Weagle

Steve is the innovator and technology guru in the group. Unbound by what's 'normal' for a research company, he pushes the team to think beyond data gathering, interpretations and conclusions to solutions that have real world impact for our clients. 

Steve has led disruptive innovation and development teams for several creative and technology-based businesses, from digital photography and web development to the global manufacturing and sale of digital security systems. He has extensively trained sales teams and has taken start-ups from idea seedlings to rapid growth.
